69th Dr.

This home was dated, tired, and had all original fixtures. To say it needed a facelift is quite an understatement. We went in and basically gutted the place, with the exception of moving any walls. It had a great footprint but it was no simple 2-week reno. We tore out all the flooring, cabinets, lighting, hardware, and gutted every bathroom. In original condition, the home was worth no more than $200,000, but after an 8-week renovation and a $55,000 investment from TopComp, our client made an extra $45,000 they wouldn’t have otherwise made selling in the traditional way.
